Responsibilities
- Handle PET administrative tasks with 100% database accuracy within systems such as HiBob, Moore Payroll, ClickUp, and Greenhouse.
- Responsible for all paperwork such as employee contracts, reference letters, promotion letters, and leaver letters.
- Act as an experience ambassador throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
- Provide speedy and efficient responses to first‑line people queries from employees.
- Serve as the data champion by pulling reports for the People team and managers, assessing general themes and insights.
- Support the People Operations team with systems and administrative support.
- Partner with Finance to prepare monthly payroll inputs and process PET‑related invoices.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations issues, including note taking and letter drafting.
- Create and own reports for tracking absence and holidays.
Qualifications
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
- Adept at working through frequent change in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Handles data with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages or experience in European countries is a plus.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to use personal initiative.
- Task‑oriented and a “brilliant doer” who enjoys completing to‑do list items.

- Prior work experience in a media/creative agency or a start‑up (internships included) is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in G‑Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Shared Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
