What You’ll do:
- Maintain and evolve social platform expertise: counsel clients and internal teams on best practices for overall social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and other platforms; understand organic and paid efforts.
- Social content & channel management: steward content timelines, oversee approvals, coordinate feedback, reviewer/approver of social publishing and community management.
- Team mentorship & oversight: cultivate growth of Associates and Managers through coaching and mentorship.
- Results & measurement‑oriented thinking: partner with measurement team to determine KPIs, provide insights, drive results, enhance performance, inform future strategy.
- Innovate on proven practices: identify new opportunities, develop relationships with platform representatives, brainstorm new programs rooted in business objectives and audience insights.
- Be a trusted advisor: educate teams and clients on nuances and implications of social decisions.
What you should have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience, ideally in health, biotech, or pharmaceutical social media.
- Demonstrated understanding of executing organic and paid social content across platforms and ability to develop strategic social plans.
- Highly organized, mindful of deadlines, able to multi‑task and deliver high‑quality work independently.
- Experience using social monitoring and measurement platforms; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Client service experience, preferably in an agency environment, collaborating internally and externally.
- Proven success managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Understanding of FDA and FTC regulations for biotech and pharma social media.
- Ability to grow social media business and participate in occasional new‑business pitches.
Pay Range: $95,000 – $105,000
