Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Beratung von Kunden zu Strategien der politischen Interessensvertretung und Stakeholderansprache in einem nationalen und internationalen Team sowie Unterstützung des Senior-Teams
- Übernahme und Durchführung von Projekten innerhalb unserer bestehenden Mandate
- Gewährleistung hoher Qualitätsstandards im Projekt-, Kunden- und Dokumentenmanagement
- Erkennen und Nutzen von Optionen, Teneos differenzierten Ansatz und breites Beratungsspektrum zu vermarkten
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts und unseres Unternehmens, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Vorschlägen und Teilnahme an Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Inspiration und Führung motivierter und leistungsstarker Projekt-Teams
Was wir uns wünschen:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Politik-, Rechts-, Sozial- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen Politik, Regulierung und/oder Public Affairs in Unternehmen, Verbänden und/oder in der Beratung
- Ein professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes persönliches Engagement sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Starke Fähigkeit zum Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Klienten
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in verschiedene Themen & Branchen einzuarbeiten, sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für politische Debatten
