We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our growing global forensic team. Whether your expertise lies in forensic accounting, corporate investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery, analytics, financial crime or a related discipline, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing a market-leading forensic practice.

You will lead the delivery of complex client engagements, act as a trusted advisor to clients and work closely with Directors and Managing Directors to help organisations navigate critical challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across disciplines, contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of our forensic offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex forensic engagements across a variety of service lines, managing workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients during forensic matters and other high-profile, time-critical situations, supporting decision-making, coordination and resolution efforts.
  • Develop and present clear, structured insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal advisers, regulators and other key stakeholders.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals, thought leadership and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Work closely with Directors and Managing Directors to contribute to the growth and development of the forensic practice.
Key Skills & Experience
  • You will have a strong track record of delivering complex forensic engagements and be recognised as a trusted advisor with the ability to combine technical expertise with sound commercial judgement.
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage teams across multidisciplinary and cross-border engagements.
  • Expertise in one or more forensic domains, including forensic accounting, corporate investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery, analytics, financial crime, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience contributing to business development initiatives and supporting practice growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience developing and mentoring teams in fast-paced environments.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping build and grow a market-leading forensic practice.
