Ihre Rolle
Als Associate Director übernehmen Sie unternehmerische Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Mandate im Bereich Governance, Risk & Compliance, treiben die Geschäftsentwicklung voran und agieren souverän auf Senior-Management- und Vorstandsebene.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung und Umsetzung komplexer Beratungsmandate mit Schwerpunkt auf der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Compliance-Management-Systemen (z. B. ISO 37301, IDW PS 980).
- Steuerung der Implementierung und Optimierung von Governance-, Risikomanagement- und Internen Kontrollsystemen (z. B. COSO, IDW PS 981–983).
- Vertrauensvoller Sparringspartner für die Unternehmensleitung sowie Erstellung entscheidungsreifer Unterlagen für Vorstände und Aufsichtsgremien.
- Aktive Mitwirkung an der Geschäftsentwicklung durch Identifikation von Marktchancen, Unterstützung bei Angeboten und nachhaltigen Ausbau von Mandantenbeziehungen.
Ihr Profil
- Sie sind eine unternehmerisch denkende, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit souveränem Auftreten, die analytische Tiefe mit der Fähigkeit verbindet, auf Senior-Management-Ebene überzeugend zu agieren.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Governance, Risk & Compliance, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung.
- Fundierte Expertise in Corporate Compliance sowie in Governance- und Risikomanagement-Standards.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und im Management von Mandantenbeziehungen.
