Real Chemistry seeks an Associate Account Director to manage client relationships, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver integrated communications solutions in the healthcare and digital health space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive client relationships, ensuring recommendations exceed client expectations.
- Lead and support internal teams to deliver technical and operational excellence.
- Act as gate‑keeper to identify red flags and recommend proactive solutions.
- Escalate problems and risks using sound judgment and technical knowledge.

Qualifications
- 10% domestic travel for client meetings and conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; 6–8+ years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare PR experience; integrated experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage detailed budgets.
- Excellent business communication, presentation, and writing skills, including client presentations.
- Ability to explain complex technical terms, clinical trials, and studies to a broad audience.
- Ability to develop final documents and presentations and guide junior staff strategy.
- Strong client relationship building and solution‑driving abilities.
