Role Summary
21Grams, a Real Chemistry subsidiary, is looking for an Art Supervisor to serve as brand steward and category champion for healthcare/pharma accounts. The Art Supervisor will own day‑to‑day design responsibilities, work with copy partners, and report to the Associate Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Art direction and design across digital tactics – websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails for branded and unbranded HCP clients.
- Translate scientific information into compelling, memorable messages for HCP campaigns.
- Champion creative thinking that advances creative strategy and brand personality.
- Prepare materials for client copy approval, ensuring pieces are referenced and annotated according to AMA style without supervision.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Developers, and Account and Strategy teams from initiation to digital deployment.
- Independently manage multiple projects, potentially for different brands/industries.
- Manage junior members of the Art team.
- Present work to internal teams, including Creative leads, account members, and partners.
- Participate in client presentations as appropriate, articulating ideas and linking them to communication objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical art direction and design.
- College degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry in an agency setting required.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required); other design software a plus.
- Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples required.
Pay Range
$115,000 – $135,000 per year (based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors).

Hybrid Work Arrangement
Position is hybrid, based in any US office (NewYorkCity, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or SanFrancisco) or remotely, depending on team and business needs.
