Position Overview
Art Director – Full Time, based in Sydney. Reports to the Creative Director AU.
Responsibilities
- Integrate art, copy, and editing, guiding the team on each project.
- Inspire ideation and thinking on‑brief and proactively for current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with large creative groups and cross‑functional disciplines within the agency.
- Deliver high‑quality, actionable feedback and master crafts and ideas.
- Support Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors in winning new business pitches.
- Review and optimize junior output while developing them as creative problem solvers.
- Assist in the development and delivery of creative solutions from content work to larger campaign initiatives across various clients and industries.
- Provide concept guidance and approvals for new work.
- Help develop company‑wide creative processes, including voice and content workshops, brief sessions, brainstorms, emerging technology and social opportunities, and innovation on campaign work.
- Master industry best practices and articulate the unique VaynerMedia point of view.
- Embodies strong creative vision and understanding of client and agency business needs.
