We are looking for a Motion Designer to create dynamic and engaging visual content, helping transform ideas into clear, relevant, and impactful visual narratives. This person will play an active role in developing assets for multiple platforms, collaborating with creative teams and bringing concepts to life through motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create animations and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, institutional videos, and digital content
- Interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into effective visual solutions
- Work from storyboards, styleframes, or visual references
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, editors, and other creatives
- Adjust and iterate assets based on internal and client feedback
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Organize files and projects in a structured way to facilitate revisions and deliveries
- Research references and trends to continuously elevate craft quality
Requirements
- Solid experience in animation using After Effects
- Proficiency in tools: After Effects (advanced), Photoshop and Illustrator (intermediate)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of design principles, typography, rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to follow creative direction and work within a defined style
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve technically
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- Basic or advanced knowledge of Premiere
- Basic understanding of sound design applied to motion
- Familiarity with LottieFiles
- Comfortable presenting and communicating ideas in public
AI Skills (Highly Valued)
- Familiarity with image, video, or asset generation tools (e.g., Runway, Nano Banana, Veo, Kling, etc.)
- Ability to integrate AI into motion workflows (visual exploration, asset generation, automation, etc.)
- Curiosity and interest in testing new approaches and emerging technologies
