R/GA is seeking a technically-adept and detail-obsessed Analyst to join our Global FP&A team and drive best-in-class reporting in a very fast paced dynamic environment. As Analyst, Global FP&A, you will help navigate the financial complexities of a multinational creative agency, translating financial data into strategic insights that drive business performance. You will serve as a key analytical link between market finance teams and global leadership, ensuring that our financial narratives are accurate, timely, and actionable.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Global Consolidation: Lead monthly forecasting process by consolidating and analyzing revenue and P&L forecasts from global offices.
  • Foster Global Collaboration: Partner with regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency and alignment to global standards.
  • Pressure-test Forecast Risks: Analyze revenue risk profile data to assess the reasonability of revenue forecast.
  • Uncover Performance Variances: Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts, identifying key drivers of over/under performance.
  • Optimize Reporting: Maintain internal dashboards and key external reportings to deliver quality analysis and insights at speed.
  • Champion Continuous Improvements: Advance the adoption of AI to streamline workflows, minimize manual entry while maximizing data integrity.
  • Empower Executive Decisions: Prepare reports for executive leadership to support decision making.
  • Solve Ad-Hoc Challenges: Provide support to Global FP&A and wider finance and operations teams on ad hoc projects and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and diligent proofing skills.
  • Able to handle vast amounts of detailed information and simplify large sets of data.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A problem solver who can anticipate issues and find solutions to address problems.
  • Experience with an integrated financial system, NetSuite is a plus.
  • Self‐motivated individual who likes challenges and can work well with others.

Requirements

  • 1‐5 years related experience, preferably in the advertising or other service industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required.
