As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring the delivery of several medium‑sized projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Client delivery: maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients, provide status updates, respond to queries, manage expectations, translate briefs into realistic project plans, oversee team work, and ensure high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Business development: identify growth opportunities, pitch new ideas, and contribute to cold‑pitch and internal brainstorming sessions.
- Financial management: manage project budgets, spot scope creep, build accurate forecasts, support invoicing and Salesforce opportunities, and keep timesheets and expenses accurate.
- Agency culture: participate in internal initiatives, deepen industry knowledge, and stay current on pharma/biotech trends to enhance client work.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant degree in marketing, public relations, or medical communications.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
