We're looking for a proactive Account Manager who is passionate about fusing bold creative ideas with cutting-edge technology to shape best-in-class CRM experiences. Sitting at the heart of our largest, most dynamic CRM account, you'll join a collaborative team with a commitment to delivering brave, impactful work. In this role, you will champion the entire end-to-end CRM lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the main client point of contact for the CRM team across the different subdivisions.
  • Working with key clients to understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure we are always delivering the best solution.
  • Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the delivery of all work.
  • Presenting work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary.
  • Work closely with our data team to support data strategy development to ensure optimum targeting and messaging.
  • Guiding multidisciplinary creative teams through creative concepting, design and copy.
  • Working closely with the finance teams estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensuring campaign strategies are technically feasible within the CRM system.
  • Supporting our build and operation team, ensuring our assets are deployed seamlessly.
  • Aiding with troubleshooting ad hoc issues, requests and issues.
  • Contributing to and supporting on larger strategic opportunities.
