Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team! 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, takes an innovative approach to advertising, focusing on making healthcare more human. Not just in our work, but in the way we conduct business, approach client relationships, and treat each other.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to clients on financial status.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively develop plans to overcome them.
  • Understand the implications across tactical/business plans and interdependencies between workstreams.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (i.e., FDA regulations).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000. The anticipated salary range for this position is listed above. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal parity.
