Technical Architect / Architectural Technician

Salary: c.£45,000

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Home Counties.)

We are looking for a technically focused Architect or Architectural Technician to join a busy design practice delivering a strong pipeline of projects. The studio is primarily working on residential developments — from bespoke housing through to larger schemes — with some commercial projects also in the mix.

This is a delivery-heavy position, producing full drawing packs in-house and ensuring smooth compliance through building control. The role is best suited to someone confident with detail, problem-solving, and managing projects from technical design through delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Revit (essential).
  • Strong experience delivering full drawing packs.
  • Building control experience – essential.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving approach.
  • Qualification: CIAT or RIBA.
  • Must be based in the Home Counties with ability to work remotely.
