We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support a Project Director and other project managers in delivering projects across the UK. You will work closely with senior managers to oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple complex projects, making sure deadlines and quality standards are met. Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and senior leaders will be key to your success.

What you’ll do:

  • Support project managers in tracking projects through the pre-construction process
  • Arrange and attend site meetings, producing detailed minutes when required
  • Generate tender lists with support from project managers
  • Review drawings against tender returns and assist in the assessment process
  • Provide project-related administrative support
  • Assist with cost reporting, including reports and budget trackers
  • Update project programmes to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Provide weekly progress reports for clients
  • Manage and improve the aftercare and handover process
