This is an award-winning creative agency that works right at the meeting point of retail design, brand communications, and experiential environments. They partner with leading consumer brands and retailers to build connected experiences that bridge the physical and digital, helping brands show up in ways that feel relevant, memorable, and properly aware of the culture around them.
The work covers a lot of ground, from experiential activations and retail environments through to branded communications and campaign rollouts. Strategy, design, and production all sit close together, which means ideas get developed collaboratively rather than thrown over a wall, and then executed to a genuinely high standard.

About the role
This is a mid-weight 2D Designer role within a well-regarded creative team, working across retail, experiential, and brand communications projects. There is a particular focus on sport and lifestyle brands at the moment, which makes this a good one for anyone genuinely interested in how brands connect with people through physical experiences. You will create the visual design work that underpins these projects, working closely with 3D designers, project teams, and senior creatives from first concept through to delivery.
You will have real ownership of your projects, exposure to high-profile client work, and room to keep developing your creative voice in a supportive and ambitious place. If you are after a role with more responsibility, stronger creative challenges, and work that people actually see and experience out in the real world, this is worth exploring.
Your days will look something like this:
- Develop 2D design concepts across experiential, retail, and brand communications projects
- Produce high-quality artwork, layouts, presentations, and visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with 3D designers and project teams to carry concepts through from brief to delivery
- Create presentation materials that communicate ideas clearly and confidently
- Take ownership of deliverables across several live projects at once
- Contribute to workshops, brainstorms, and creative development sessions
- Research emerging trends across sport, culture, retail, and visual communications
- Help hold consistently high creative standards across every project output
You might be our perfect match if…
- You have around 3+ years in brand design, experiential design, retail design, or a related creative discipline
- Your portfolio shows strong visual craft alongside genuine conceptual thinking
- You are highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- You can confidently explain the thinking behind your creative decisions
- You have worked across multiple projects at once and can manage competing priorities
- You have a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
- Exposure to sport, lifestyle, culture, or consumer brands would be a nice bonus
- You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to keep building your creative skills
