Salary: Up to £90,000, dependent on experience

About the Consultancy
An established London project management consultancy, still growing, that delivers construction and fit-out projects across hospitality and F&B. The team works with some of the UK's best-known restaurant and leisure brands. Technically complex spaces, balanced against commercial rigour, design intent, and how the place has to run on opening day.
About the Role
A senior, delivery-focused role leading fit-out projects from feasibility through to handover. You'll run a portfolio of live projects, lead consultant and contractor teams, and be the senior face of the business to clients.
Clients lean on this team for clear, confident advice, so sharp communication matters as much as technical delivery. Drive-thru experience is a real advantage, as are multi-site rollouts for F&B brands.
Your Days Will Look Something Like This
- Leading the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design coordination through to handover
- Running feasibility studies, risk assessments, and top-line cost estimates
- Owning budgets, cost approvals, and value engineering while protecting build quality
- Overseeing programmes across multiple concurrent projects, including multi-site rollouts
- Leading tenders and contractor procurement
- Coordinating design, M&E, and specialist consultants and contractors
- Keeping tight control of health and safety, statutory compliance, and CDM
- Leading client updates and reporting, and growing long-term client relationships
- Mentoring Project Managers and Assistant PMs
You Might Be Our Perfect Match If
- You have substantial experience as a construction or fit-out PM in hospitality or F&B (essential)
- You've delivered drive-thru and/or multi-site F&B rollouts (highly desirable)
- You come from a PM consultancy or construction background
- You understand commercial kitchens, including HVAC, M&E coordination, and operational needs
- You're credible in front of senior client stakeholders and can lead a room
- You're commercially sharp, with strong cost control and value engineering experience
- You've mentored or led more junior PMs
- You hold a full UK driving licence and can travel nationally (CSCS and SMSTS desirable)
