Senior Interior Designer (Rollout Focus)

Salary: Up to £60,000, dependent on experience
Location: East London, hybrid (3 days a week in the studio)
Software: Cinema 4D (essential) and Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite
Please note: this is a physical spaces role. You'll be designing and delivering retail and hospitality interiors and brand environments, not digital products, apps, or UX.

About the Role
The agency is building a dedicated team around one of its key client accounts, and needs a Senior 3D Designer at the heart of it.
This one leans towards design management and technical delivery. You can visualise in Cinema 4D, but your real strength is taking concepts through to final design intent and detail packages in Vectorworks, then making sure they get built as designed. You'll own programme, detail, and site, keeping the client, studio, and contractors aligned. As the account grows, there's a real route into a team lead role, and quickly.
Your Days Will Look Something Like This
- Taking brand experience concepts through to final design intent and detailed design packages
- Creating Cinema 4D visuals to bring ideas to life for the client and the studio
- Owning programme and prioritising the workload with clear, organised thinking
- Working closely with suppliers and contractors, and understanding how they build
- Keeping projects on track on site so they're delivered as designed
- Presenting confidently to the client and to the wider studio
- Mentoring and developing Junior and Midweight Designers
- Contributing to project capture and case studies
You Might Be Our Perfect Match If
- You have a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- You have 5+ years' experience as an interior designer, focused on retail and/or hospitality
- Your Cinema 4D skills are outstanding (this one's a must)
- You're confident in Vectorworks detailing and Adobe Creative Suite
- You've taken projects from concept through to site and handover
- You've worked on premium-end or global brands
- You can juggle several projects at different stages, and you're ready to step up and lead a team
