Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Projects
Location: London (Hybrid)
Level: Senior
Software: Revit & Rhino required
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Interior Designer to join an international design practice known for delivering ambitious, future-focused environments across urban, retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who brings creativity and technical precision in equal measure. You’ll be joining a collaborative team working across large-scale commercial developments, both in the UK and internationally. From concept through to delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping spaces that are not only beautiful but commercially and culturally relevant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the interior design of large, complex commercial schemes from early-stage concepts to detailed design and delivery
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and wider design teams to ensure cohesive project execution
- Producing high-quality visuals, presentations, and technical drawings using Revit and Rhino
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers, contributing to a positive, learning-focused team culture
- Keeping ahead of design trends, material innovations, and sustainability approaches in commercial interiors
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of professional interior design experience, with strong experience in commercial or mixed-use projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino—you’ll be using both daily
- Strong concept development skills and a meticulous eye for detail in FF&E, materials, and finishes
- A confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and lead client conversations
- Prior experience in an international design studio or large-scale, multi-disciplinary team is a plus
