A London-based consultancy known for delivering beautifully executed retail and hospitality environments is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. They work with world-class brands and creative agencies to bring design concepts to life, managing everything from strategy and feasibility through to handover. The culture is collaborative, detail-driven, and built around delivering spaces that marry creativity with commercial precision.
You’ll lead multiple luxury retail and hospitality fit-out projects, owning them from feasibility to completion. It’s a hands-on role balancing big-picture strategy with practical delivery — managing budgets, schedules, and relationships while keeping the design intent front and centre. If you’re a natural organiser with an eye for detail and a genuine appreciation for design, this is an opportunity to shape some of the most exciting retail spaces in the UK.
What You’ll Do- Manage multiple projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and standards are met.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to guide project strategy.
- Oversee cost plans, budgets, approvals, and value engineering.
- Work closely with designers, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects true to vision.
- Lead tender processes and manage procurement to achieve best value.
- Maintain clear schedules, reports, and communication throughout project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support national rollout programmes for new store openings, refurbishments, and rebrands.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out, ideally luxury retail or hospitality.
- Excellent understanding of contractor and client-side contracts.
- Strong commercial insight and cost management experience.
- Confident working with Excel and managing detailed documentation.
- CSCS or SMSTS certification desirable.
- Great communicator who builds trust and drives collaboration.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
If you’re a detail-minded Project Manager who thrives on delivering world-class spaces, this is your chance to make an impact in the luxury retail world.
