Midweight/Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality & F&B Focus Up to £45,000 DOE | Hybrid – 3 days in-studio (Birmingham), 2 WFH We’re partnering with a well-established Birmingham design studio that knows how to make a statement in the hospitality and F&B world — bold ideas, refined delivery, and spaces that keep people talking. They’re on the lookout for a talented Midweight/Senior Interior Designer with a passion for beautifully crafted spaces and a solid background in hospitality design. Someone who thrives on concept work, knows how to push an idea forward, and can steer a project from pitch to handover — all while keeping clients and colleagues excited to be part of the process. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the creative on hospitality/F&B interiors — concept to completion Presenting ideas clearly and confidently in client pitches and reviews Collaborating with other creatives to bring big ideas to life Mentoring junior team members and encouraging great design thinking Keeping hands-on when it counts — attention to detail is everything What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years’ experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality or F&B A standout portfolio that shows your concept chops and execution finesse Fluent in all project stages — design, development, delivery Strong AutoCAD skills, plus Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator A degree in Interior Design or similar A collaborative mindset and the kind of leadership that inspires confidence, not ego This is a brilliant opportunity to join a team that truly values design craft, creative ambition, and getting stuck in.
