The Role:
This is all about managing the delivery of experiential design projects—from pop-ups and brand activations to large-scale retail installations. You’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, making sure every project runs smoothly from initial concept through to on-site execution. It’s fast, hands-on, and full of moving parts.

- Managing multiple live projects, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
- Collaborating closely with designers, fabricators, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring all experiential work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand
- Supporting project finances: quotes, POs, reconciliation, and invoicing
- Overseeing health & safety and logistics for site installs
- Building strong relationships with clients and spotting opportunities for future work
Who We’re Looking For:
- Midweight PMs: 2+ years’ experience managing experiential, events, or retail projects (£100k+ budgets ideal)

- Deep understanding of experiential production—materials, timelines, risks, and logistics
- Strong communicator who can lead teams, brief suppliers, and keep clients engaged
- Super-organised with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for bringing ideas to life in the real world
