A Soho design collective working across retail, hospitality, and leisure for a seriously good set of brands.
Think global fashion and luxury groups, premium watch retail, tech brands, and restaurant names you have almost certainly eaten at. Many of those clients have stuck with the studio for years, which is the kind of loyalty you only earn by doing the work well.
They describe themselves as a collective for a reason. It is a team that shares ideas, helps each other out, and puts people at the centre of the business.
About the Role
This is an early midweight role for a designer with a couple of years of retail interiors under their belt who is ready for more responsibility.
You will work alongside senior designers and directors on store concepts, roll-outs, and flagship projects, getting involved in everything from early layouts and concept development through to drawing packages that actually get built. Vectorworks is the studio's main drawing tool, so you will be using it every day.
A good fit for someone who has outgrown junior tasks and wants to start owning parts of a project.
Your Days Will Look Something Like This
- Developing retail layouts, space plans, and fixture designs
- Producing accurate drawings and drawing packages in Vectorworks
- Supporting concept development, mood boards, and presentation decks
- Selecting and specifying materials and finishes
- Working with senior designers on store concepts, roll-outs, and flagship schemes
- Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers as projects move towards site
- Joining client meetings and presentations as your confidence grows
You Might Be Our Perfect Match If
- You have around two to three years of interior design experience, with retail at its core
- You are confident in Vectorworks (this one is essential)
- You understand how retail spaces work: circulation, display, and the commercial job a store has to do
- You can produce clear, accurate technical drawings
- You are organised, curious, and keen to take on more
- You have a degree in interior design, interior architecture, or similar
Why This One
- Work on retail projects for globally recognised brands
- A clear step up from junior, with room to grow into a full midweight
- Learn from an experienced senior team in a collaborative studio
- Soho location with hybrid working
