About the Studio

This is a B Corp certified, award-winning design and production agency that creates brand environments with real intent. Their work sits at the intersection of community, culture, and craft, partnering with leading global names across fashion, footwear, sports, and technology to build experiential activations and immersive brand spaces that feel genuinely considered rather than merely impressive.

About the Role

This is a senior 3D design role with a clear experiential focus, sitting inside a studio that has built its reputation on activations and brand environments that feel like they mean something. You will be working on installations, pop-ups, and immersive brand experiences for clients across fashion, culture, sports, and technology, taking full creative ownership from concept through to delivery. The work lives at the more experimental end of the studio’s output: brand visual identities translated into physical environments, campaign narratives brought into three dimensions, social campaigns considered alongside spatial design.

This is a role that rewards creative range. You will need to think spatially and graphically, understand how identity and environment inform each other, and bring the kind of art direction sensibility that keeps experiential work from feeling hollow. You will also mentor the designers around you and be a visible creative presence on client-facing work. If you want a senior position where the brief genuinely challenges you, this is it.

Your days will look something like this...

  • Lead experiential and brand activation projects from initial concept through to final delivery, owning the creative process at every stage
  • Translate brand visual identities and campaign-driven narratives into immersive spatial environments, ensuring identity and three-dimensional space coexist seamlessly
  • Develop high-quality 3D models and renders using Cinema 4D and Corona Renderer, communicating ideas clearly to clients and production teams
  • Bring art direction and graphic design thinking to experiential concepts, working alongside graphic designers to shape the full environmental journey
  • Present and pitch concepts to clients with confidence, using strong narrative and visual storytelling to bring ideas to life in the room
  • Lead ideation sessions and contribute original thinking to creative briefs, with a strong feel for consumer journey and experiential storytelling
  • Mentor mid-weight and junior designers across live briefs, helping them develop both craft and conceptual confidence
  • Interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation to ensure designs are resolved, buildable, and production-ready

You might be our perfect match if…

  • You have 7+ years of experience designing 3D spaces and interiors, with a portfolio weighted towards experiential environments and events
  • You are highly proficient in Cinema 4D and SketchUp, and comfortable across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • You have a proven track record of taking experiences through an end-to-end process, from interpreting a brand’s visual identity to delivering the finished environment
  • You think graphically as well as spatially, and understand how art direction and 3D design inform each other in experiential work
  • You have experience working with fashion and lifestyle brands, and a genuine feel for culture, trends, and what makes a brand space feel authentic
  • You have led or mentored junior and mid-weight designers across concurrent briefs
  • You can present to clients with clarity and hold your creative point of view under scrutiny
  • 3D animation skills would be a welcome bonus, though they are not essential

Why this one

  • Work that sits at the intersection of community, culture, and craft, for clients that genuinely care about what they make
  • B Corp certified and sustainability-led: circular thinking is built into the design process here, not retrofitted at the end
  • Real senior ownership from day one, with the chance to shape the studio’s experiential design direction as it grows
  • A hybrid model that balances studio collaboration with focused time at home
