An established London-based project management consultancy delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects across the hospitality and F&B sectors. The team works closely with leading brands to bring technically complex spaces to life, balancing commercial rigour with design intent and operational performance.
This is a delivery-focused Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role, leading hospitality and F&B fit-out projects from feasibility through to handover. The focus is firmly on construction-led interiors, not infrastructure, tech, creative, or events.
You’ll be trusted to run multiple live projects, manage consultants and contractors, and act as the key client interface throughout. Projects often include operationally complex environments, including commercial kitchens, front-of-house spaces, and high-footfall customer areas. Candidates with drive-thru experience or multi-site rollouts will be of particular interest.
You’ll be part of a growing consultancy working on premium hospitality and F&B projects for well-known brands. The role offers clear progression, real autonomy, and the chance to be hands-on in delivering technically challenging fit-outs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full project lifecycle from feasibility, planning, and design coordination through to delivery and handover
- Running feasibility studies, risk assessments, and top-line cost estimates
- Managing project budgets, cost approvals, and value engineering while protecting build quality
- Overseeing programming, schedules, and key milestones across multiple projects
- Leading tender processes and contractor procurement to ensure best value and capability
- Coordinating consultants, including design, M&E, and specialist contractors
- Maintaining strong control of health and safety, statutory compliance, and CDM obligations
- Producing clear, accurate project reporting and client updates
- Acting as the primary client contact and building long-term, trusted relationships
- At Senior PM level, this role will also include greater responsibility for strategic decision-making, mentoring junior team members, and overseeing more complex or higher-value projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a construction or fit-out Project Manager, ideally within hospitality or F&B
- Background from a consultancy or construction environment, rather than infrastructure, tech, design or events
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchens, including HVAC, M&E coordination, and operational requirements
- Experience delivering high-quality interior fit-outs across hospitality, retail, leisure, or F&B
- Confident managing contractors, consultants, and client-side stakeholders
- Commercially astute, with strong cost control and value engineering experience
- Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction compliance
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable running projects with autonomy
- CSCS and SMSTS desirable
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
This Role Is Not For
This role is not suited to Project Managers whose background is primarily in infrastructure, technology, events, or non-built environment programmes. If your experience sits mainly within IT delivery, digital transformation, large-scale infrastructure, or temporary event build-outs, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
We’re specifically looking for someone who is hands-on in construction-led interior fit-outs, comfortable working on live sites, coordinating contractors, and managing the technical realities of hospitality and F&B environments, including commercial kitchens, HVAC, and M&E coordination. This is also not a design or kitchen consultancy role. While you’ll work closely with designers and specialist consultants, the focus is on project delivery, build quality, cost control, and programme management, rather than design authorship.
Right to Work: Only candidates with the current right to work in the UK can be considered.
