Midweight 3D Designer - Retail Interiors (Fashion) Salary: up to Β£45,000, dependent on experience Hybrid (3 days in studio, 2 from home) Software: SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite Sector: Retail Experience Design, and Brand Environments This is one of the most awarded retail design agencies in the world, and it has earned that the long way round. This is a mid-weight creative role within the Retail and Interiors team, and a genuinely good one. You will work across retail environments and experiential briefs for some well-known brands, developing concepts and then producing the visuals and models to bring them to life. Develop design concepts across retail interiors and brand environment projects, from early ideation through to presentation Produce 3D models, visualisations, and technical drawings in SketchUp and V-Ray Work closely with senior designers across project stages, taking ownership of your own deliverables Contribute to client presentations with well-reasoned ideas and a clear narrative behind every design decision Collaborate across disciplines: interiors, brand communications, and strategy Manage your time across several live projects at once You have around 3+ years in retail design, branded environments, or commercial interiors Your portfolio shows creative ambition alongside solid technical ability, the sort of work that is interesting as well as competent You are proficient in SketchUp and V-Ray, with confidence across the Adobe Suite You can present your ideas clearly and talk through the thinking behind a design decision Hybrid working, with 3 days in a well-equipped London studio and 2 from home Over 300 design awards and forty-five years of creative excellence behind the name Clients across sport, fashion, beauty, and culture at a global level
