About the brand
This is a globally recognised lifestyle brand with serious presence across retail, international markets, and a product range that spans everything from beautifully crafted packaging to immersive in-store environments. The kind of brand that shows up consistently across every touchpoint, where the physical product is as considered as the campaign behind it. The culture is creative and collaborative, with strong craft values running through everything they produce. Quality is non-negotiable here: materials, finishes, and execution are all held to a high standard, and the team around you will care just as much as you do about the details.
About the role
This is a product development role sitting within a procurement-led function, which in practice means you get the commercial structure and supplier relationships of a well-resourced team, with the creative and tactile focus of a genuine product role. You will be working across a varied portfolio of physical outputs: packaging, POS, printed materials, retail displays, branded merchandise, and more. It is a broad brief, and intentionally so. Seasonal launches, campaign-led executions, and ongoing SKU management all sit within your remit. If you have spent time in luxury or premium brand environments and know what it feels like to sweat the details on a sample, this is the kind of role where that instinct will be put to proper use.
Your days will look something like this:
- Lead end-to-end product development across packaging, print, POS, and branded merchandise
- Translate creative concepts into physical outputs, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to get the execution right
- Manage supplier relationships through sampling, prototyping, and approvals
- Own multiple SKUs across a wide range of product categories simultaneously
- Work across seasonal launches and campaign-based projects, adapting pace and priorities as the calendar demands
- Develop retail displays, shop-in-shop elements, and other in-store physical touchpoints
- Keep a close eye on materials, finishes, and production techniques to ensure quality is maintained at every stage
You might be our perfect match if…
- You have solid experience developing physical products across packaging, POS, print, or branded merchandise
- You have worked within a luxury or premium brand environment, or on product where finish and detail are genuinely held to a high standard
- You understand materials and production techniques well enough to have an informed conversation with a supplier and spot a problem before it becomes one
- You are comfortable owning projects end-to-end and do not need a lot of hand-holding once a brief is clear
- You can manage multiple product categories across a fast-moving, seasonal calendar without losing the thread
- Experience with retail environments, in-store displays, or campaign-led physical outputs would be a strong advantage
Why this one
- A competitive salary of £45,000, supported by an outstanding benefits package (full details available on request)
- Real product ownership across a genuinely varied brief, from premium packaging through to campaign merchandise and retail installations
- The chance to work within a globally recognised lifestyle brand that takes the physical expression of its identity seriously
- A collaborative, craft-focused culture where the standard is high and the work reflects it
- Strong variety across product categories, seasons, and campaign types, so no two months will look the same
