Interior Architect – In-House Opportunity
Projects: Commercial and Retail Environments
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum
We’re partnering with a UK-wide brand to help grow their in-house design team with a technically strong, detail-driven Interior Architect.
This is a rare opportunity to work in-house on a wide range of customer-facing environments—from interiors to facias and signage—across a national network of retail-style branches.
The Role
You’ll turn creative concepts into accurate, buildable drawings—balancing brand consistency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Expect a healthy mix of interiors and exteriors, layout planning, finishes selection, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate creative design packs into precise AutoCAD drawings
- Space plan for a variety of retail and branch layouts
- Select finishes and FF&E from a pre-approved library
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with UK building regs and accessibility standards
