This role sits within their delivery function, alongside the Interior Design team, and is all about getting the designs built. You'll be managing the on-site construction and fit-out of multiple pub refurbishments for one of their major UK clients, a pub brand with sites across the country, making sure what was drawn in the studio is what gets delivered on site, on time, on budget, and safely. You'll be fully remote day to day, reporting into their Midlands-based studio, with travel to live sites nationally, everywhere from Cornwall to Scotland and everywhere in-between. Leading and coordinating the construction and fit-out of multiple pub refurbishment projects, managing programmes, budgets, and deliverables from pre-start through to practical completion and handover Being on site regularly to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship, and to make sure the build matches the design intent Acting as a key client contact, representing the project delivery function and supporting communication across all stakeholders Working closely with the Technical Design Lead to resolve on-site design queries and coordinate detailing Managing main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to keep the build moving and delivery smooth Ensuring compliance with Health
