What you\\\’ll do

This is a fantastic opportunity for a FF&E Interior Designer to join a studio that values both creativity and delivery. Working closely with senior designers and design leads, you\\\’ll play an active role across multiple hospitality and retail projects, contributing from early concept through to installation.

You\\\’ll be hands on with FF&E packages, bringing a strong eye for detail, materiality, and storytelling, while ensuring everything is delivered accurately and efficiently. As the studio continues to grow, this role offers real scope to develop, take on more responsibility, and help shape standout interiors.

You\\\’ll be:

  • Supporting concept development and contributing to the creative direction of projects
  • Preparing FF&E mood boards, sourcing materials, and producing detailed specifications and schedules
  • Assisting with space planning, detailed design, and documentation across all project stages
  • Liaising with suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Managing FF&E procurement, including budgeting, lead times, delivery, and installation
  • Supporting client presentations and helping prepare pitch and presentation material
  • Collaborating closely with the wider design team and contributing positively to studio culture

What you\\\’ll bring

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years\\\’ experience within a design studio, ideally across hospitality, retail, or F&B projects
  • Strong FF&E experience, from sourcing and specification through to procurement and installation
  • A confident eye for materials, finishes, and styling, balanced with a practical mindset
  • Clear communication and strong organisational skills, with confidence presenting ideas
  • A proactive, curious approach and a genuine desire to grow within a fast moving, international studio
