We're working with a studio that creates spaces people actually want to spend time in. Their work sits where brand, environment, and experience meet. Purposeful design. Human spaces. Places that draw you in and make you stay.
The team is curious, generous, and genuinely collaborative. Everyone has ownership here. For designers ready to grow, this is the kind of environment that gives you room, trust, and support to step into bigger work.
The Role
This is for someone who enjoys moving between concept and detail. Someone who understands how spatial design brings a brand's story to life.
You will take briefs, explore ideas with the team, and shape environments that feel considered, inviting, and aligned with the bigger picture. You will develop concepts, create visualisations that communicate intention clearly, and produce design intent and technical information that helps projects move smoothly into construction. You will also be on site, part of the conversation, making sure the design is delivered with the care it deserves.
If you are positive, proactive, and ready to lean into both the creative thinking and the craft behind well-made spaces, this one is worth a conversation.
What You Will Need
- A degree in interior design or architecture
- Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Five or more years of experience across retail, hospitality, F&B, or leisure projects
- Confident visualisation skills and the ability to bring a concept to life with clarity
- Experience producing drawings, design intent packages, and specifications
- Comfortable with site surveys and project meetings
- A collaborative, thoughtful approach, with strong attention to detail
