Who This Role Is For:

  • A senior-level Interior Designer or Architect with extensive experience delivering large commercial and mixed-use interior schemes
  • Someone who thrives on the technical nuts and bolts of interior architecture, from detailed drawings to on-site problem solving

  • Architects looking to “try out” interiors without solid commercial fit-out experience

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead technical delivery across large-scale interiors projects, especially from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
  • Own the process—coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Develop and review technical drawing packages in Revit
  • Provide on-site support and coordination through to final handover
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to broader studio operations
  • Support resourcing, budgeting, and pipeline planning with the senior team

What You’ll Need:

  • A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
  • Proven experience delivering commercial workplace, retail, or developer-led interiors
  • Deep understanding of building regs, fit-out methods, and technical detailing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
