A leading international general contractor—renowned for delivering exceptional high-end retail fit-outs across Europe—is expanding operations in the UK and seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Central London.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a newly established UK presence while working on prestigious, fast-paced retail environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of high-end retail fit-out projects from start to finish
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, health & safety (CDM 2015), and environmental standards
• Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
• Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial reporting
• Recruit and mentor project team members
• Help establish and grow the UK operation

Who You Are:

• 5+ years’ experience in UK construction project management, ideally in high-end retail fit-outs
• Solid understanding of UK regulations, health & safety (CDM 2015), and quality management systems
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex programmes
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts
• Skilled communicator and relationship-builder
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (desirable)
• Italian language skills a plus—but not essential
