This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a newly established UK presence while working on prestigious, fast-paced retail environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of high-end retail fit-out projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, health & safety (CDM 2015), and environmental standards
- Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
- Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial reporting
- Recruit and mentor project team members
- Help establish and grow the UK operation
Who You Are:
- 5+ years' experience in UK construction project management, ideally in high-end retail fit-outs
- Solid understanding of UK regulations, health & safety (CDM 2015), and quality management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex programmes
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts
- Skilled communicator and relationship-builder
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (desirable)
- Italian language skills a plus—but not essential
