Commercial Analyst (FP&A) – Hybrid Working
Are you looking for a hybrid role within an engaging, forward-thinking business where you can really put your advanced Excel skills to use? Your new role will involve being a commercially astute, data-driven Commercial Analyst. This is a key role supporting the business in making informed, financially sound decisions. You’ll deliver insight across revenue, labour, and operational expenditure.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, actionable analysis across key areas including Revenue, Labour, and Operating Expenses (OpEx).
- Partner with operational teams to translate financial insights into meaningful actions, embedding financial understanding and accountability.
- Build strong relationships across departments, linking operational performance to monthly P&L results.
- Support and influence commercial decision-making through financial modelling, business cases, and scenario planning.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility of key metrics.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About You
- Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful insight.
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working across multiple data sets and systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (SQL and/or Power BI/Tableau experience is advantageous).
