We are looking for an Entry Level Accounts Assistant to support the Finance department in a property company, where you will be responsible for processing invoices, orders, payment runs and expenses etc. The client only requires you to have at least 6 months of office experience (answering phone calls, writing emails and admin) and will also provide study support toward AAT for the right candidate. This is a fantastic role for someone to start their accounting career.

Key Responsibilities and training provided:

  • Monitor the purchase ledger inbox for new invoices
  • Process incoming invoices
  • Obtain statements of account from suppliers
  • Reconcile to the purchase ledger.
  • Assist with payment runs.
  • Open supplier accounts
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
