We’re excited to be working with a fast-growing brand in Guildford that’s looking for a Marketing Manager to lead their day-to-day marketing operations. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is perfect for a confident and organised manager who thrives on coordinating campaigns, leading teams, and driving impactful results.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee a multidisciplinary marketing team and ensure that campaigns are executed seamlessly across digital, content, brand, and creative. You’ll turn strategy into action, keeping projects on track, aligning priorities, and ensuring all outputs support growth, engagement, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of marketers, creatives, and content specialists
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Translate strategic goals into actionable marketing plans
- Oversee workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Track campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to maximise impact
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all outputs

About You
- 5+ years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of digital, content, SEO, paid media, design, branding, and social media
- A natural leader with the ability to manage workloads and develop talent
- Highly organised with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident using data to guide decision-making
- Innovative thinker who brings fresh ideas to campaigns and content
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
