The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for a progressive Accounts Assistant to support the Finance department in a Property Business where you will be part of a lovely team and offered a career path towards becoming fully AAT qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end bank account reconciliations.
  • Assist with client cash flow forecasting.
  • Assist the Service Charge Accountant with year-end reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly client management accounts.
  • Assist with expenditure listings and ad hoc report requests.
  • Set up new suppliers in the accounting system and upload supplier invoices.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs and set up manual payments in the bank.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Service Charge Accounts.
  • Raise tenant invoices.
  • Credit control.
  • Preparing aged debt reports.
