This role offers a base pay range of £60,000 to £80,000, plus an uncapped commission scheme with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £100K+. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
About the role
As part of the TwentyCi group, TwentyEA & Twenty Convey specialise in providing data‑led products and services to the estate agency and conveyancing sector. We are looking for a talented Sales Director to help us grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business relationships with large to mid‑tier estate agency and conveyancing operations.
- Directly manage a sales team while generating your own leads through traditional prospecting techniques.
- Research and assess the performance of target brands, identify pain points and match our products to meet their needs.
- Work closely with Managing Director and teams in Client Services, Product Management, and Marketing to achieve goals.
About You
- Senior sales professional with a knack for identifying, developing, and closing self‑generated business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing strategic sales and driving substantial revenues.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by proactively generating leads and targeting mid‑tier accounts.
- Persuasive communicator capable of delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to diverse client needs.
- Experience engaging with key decision makers and adapting your approach to suit individual targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the UK property market.
- Previous experience managing sales teams.
