About loyalBe
LoyalBe is a fast-growing Card Linked Offer (CLO) network. We connect leading brands with millions of consumers through our network of partners, including major card networks, banks, and fintechs. We offer a smarter, more measurable growth channel by connecting global brands, banks, and consumers in a single, frictionless, pay-for-performance rewards network.
Today we work with top brands such as Just Eat, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, New Balance, Lego, adidas, Vodafone and more.
Role Overview
We're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow loyalBe's largest banking and financial institution partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted senior relationships, running live partnerships day to day, and constantly finding ways to make them perform better.
You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of major partner programs. Your measure of success is simple: keep our biggest clients happy and engaged, and increase the number of live brand offers running on every program you own. You'll work closely with our brand, product, and operations teams to make that happen.
Please note: We will accept applicants who wish to be based in either our Belfast or London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of loyalBe's largest global banking, card network, and fintech clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, running regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reporting.
- Grow the number of offers on every program, working with our brand teams to match the right merchants to the right audiences.
- Build offer roadmaps and campaign calendars for each program, ensuring strong coverage across categories, seasons, and key trading moments.
- Monitor program performance - offer coverage, redemptions, engagement, and revenue - and turn what the data shows into a clear action plan.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and lead those commercial conversations.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly, coordinating internally to keep partners well informed.
- Support renewals and ongoing commercial discussions with existing brand team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in account management, customer success, or partner management - ideally within loyalty, CLO, affiliate, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts, not just maintaining them.
- Comfortable owning senior relationships and being the trusted day-to-day contact for large, high-value clients.
- Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers - able to read performance data and act on it.
- Highly organised, able to run multiple programs and competing priorities at once.
- Strong communicator, equally at home in a strategic conversation and a detailed operational one.
- Proactive - spots the gap in a program before the client does.
- Collaborative, and confident pulling in product, operations, and brand teams to get things done.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience managing banking, card-linked offer, fintech, or loyalty partner programs.
- Experience growing merchant, advertiser, or offer supply within a marketplace or network.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as redemption rates, offer coverage, and campaign ROI.
- Experience managing accounts across multiple markets or regions.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and compensation package
- Stock option plan - have a stake in the company you are building
- Macbook + home office budget
- Health/wellbeing membership
- Flexible holiday policy
- Flexible working arrangements and flexible working hours
- Professional development budget
- And more!
