The Production Assistant will assist the creation and delivery of client events, workshops and mailers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to come up with wild creative for great brands at a high pace – whilst shaping the company and making our work famous and the "go-to" in the industry. This role will involve feeding into planning and producing a variety of events, ranging from small workshops or mailers to larger experiential activations and launches. As well as helping to produce live projects, the role will also be across the board to include marketing events, PR, branding, trade shows etc to promote the business and develop what we do.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Project Management & Support: Aid in the interpretation of client briefs and provide creative solutions that align with project goals. Take ownership of smaller projects, managing them from start to finish, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
- On‑Site Event Execution: Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements of the production are in place. Troubleshoot any on‑site issues, ensuring the event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Post‑Event Responsibilities: Manage the return of equipment, props, and materials after the event. Collect feedback from clients and participants, evaluating event success and areas for improvement.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event production process.
- Team Management: Support the Senior Producer and other senior team members in all aspects of project development and execution.
- Supplier & Third‑Party Management: Source and liaise with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Office & Marketing Support: Help with office management and administrative duties, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This role is predominantly office based and we are ideally looking for someone to work full time. It is a physically active role that requires regular manual handling and on‑site work; candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks and able to meet the role’s physical demands.

Collaboration – We recommend 2‑3 days in the office per week for collaboration. Flexi Working Times – The team can work their 7.5 hours with a start and finish that suits them. Meeting Free Fridays – Uninterrupted time for deep work. Training – Up to £500 per year for training. Duvet Days – 2 duvet days per year to take when needed. Volunteering Day – Up to 2 days per year for volunteering on company time. Holiday – 28 days annual leave per year, with incremental entitlement after two years of service up to a maximum of 33 days.
