This is a hands‑on product role owning the tools that keep a large, high‑expectation organisation moving day to day from secure print and scanning to meeting rooms, desks, and physical access.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of core workplace technology services, ensuring they are reliable, secure, efficient, and aligned to business needs.
You will:
- Own day‑to‑day and sprint‑based delivery of print infrastructure, secure scanning, and workplace management tools (room booking, desk management, visitor systems, physical security).
- Shape the product vision and roadmap for workplace services in line with enterprise technology strategy.
- Work closely with consultants, operations teams, and facilities to translate evolving workplace needs into clear product enhancements.
- Manage backlogs and prioritisation across multiple services, balancing user experience, cost, and operational resilience.
- Use analytics and usage data to optimise device placement, resource allocation, and service performance.
- Monitor uptime, support trends, and user feedback, driving rapid improvement with IT, security, and facilities teams.
- Stay current on secure printing, identity solutions, workplace automation, and sustainability best practice.
- Lead user guidance and training to drive adoption and effective use of workplace tools.
- Produce clear reporting on service performance, risks, and improvement initiatives for senior stakeholders.
About You
- Strong experience managing workplace technology services in a large enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of secure printing, document scanning, workplace management platforms, and physical security solutions.
- Proven ability to build and execute service roadmaps across multiple products.
- Comfortable translating user needs into practical, secure product features.
- Data‑led mindset with experience using analytics to drive operational improvement.
- Confident working across IT, facilities, and security teams.
- Up to date on workplace technology trends and sustainability considerations.
- Clear communicator who can brief leaders and train end‑users with credibility.
