About the Role They're seeking their first software engineering hire - a technical leader who will architect the future of manufacturing software while building engineering culture from the ground up.
This is a strategic-level hire to lead their transformation from a service-based company to a scalable Saa S platform serving the world\'s largest pharmaceutical companies.
You'll be the technical architect of their platform evolution, building the abstraction layer above ML models and pipelines that will enable access to predictive chemical process optimisation.
This role combines the strategic responsibility of defining the entire technology stack, and the leadership opportunity of building a talented engineering team of do-ers.
