Test Delivery Lead – Global Law Firm – ASAP start
12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid (London, 3 days in office)
Managing testing end-to-end, ensuring quality, and directly influencing delivery outcomes. This is an opportunity to step into a high-profile role within a leading international law firm, known for its inclusive culture, global reach, and commitment to innovation.
You’ll join a dynamic technology function, working across business-critical projects that span multiple regions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set testing direction, drive adoption of modern practices, and shape the success of major initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full testing lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery
- Define test strategies that safeguard quality across multiple platforms and systems
- Lead and mentor a team, raising standards and embedding best practice
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align testing with delivery goals
- Champion automation and performance testing, ensuring continuous improvement
- Track progress, manage risks, and provide clear reporting on outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in leading functional and non-functional testing
- Solid understanding of Agile and collaborative delivery practices
- Proficiency with modern test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, QC/ALM)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience testing across varied platforms (web, desktop, infrastructure, hardware)
- Self-motivated leader who thrives on problem solving and driving results
- Max 1 month notice period
