Strategic Partnerships Manager (Home Based)

TwentyAI\’ s solutions are delivered across 3 main brands – TwentyAI, Technicorns and In2America – this role will represent all brands within the group. This is a full-time hybrid role for a European Head of VC Partnerships, based in our London office, with some work from home acceptable. You will will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company’s market presence. Essentially, any business that supports Venture Capitalists in identifying, evaluating, funding, and managing portfolio companies throughout their lifecycle and the Portfolio Companies themselves through all stages of growth. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building successful partner programs and will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that deliver mutual value. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the talent and staffing industry, payroll or PEO / EOR industry is an advantage This is a unique opportunity to work with the regional CEO\’s and US head of Partnerships to put a structure in place across all our brands. You will interact with all areas of the business locally and internationally, have the opportunity to travel, attend conferences, speak at events and be a brand ambassador for our company with clients and partners.
