Sitecore Enablement Manager (London Area)

We are seeking a functional Sitecore Enablement Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Technology & Innovation team. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on being the crucial link between business strategy and technological execution, driving real change within the Marketing, Business Development and Sales functions.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this pivotal role, you will act as the business owner for Sitecore within BDM. You’ll engage deeply with stakeholders across the BDM community—capturing, documenting, and prioritising business requirements. Partnering closely with the technology team, you’ll shape and guide the Sitecore roadmap to ensure it delivers on business needs and supports the firm’s strategic objectives.

You’ll serve as the critical link between business and technology—ensuring that platform development is firmly aligned with commercial goals, user needs, and long-term vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering closely with business owners responsible for understanding needs across BDM, practice areas, sector and enterprise client teams.
• Translating complex business requirements into actionable insights for the tech team, with a particular focus on leveraging Sitecore to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborating with a dedicated Sitecore Product Owner to ensure effective and agile delivery of platform enhancements.
• Serving as a key contact for stakeholders globally—including Shared Service Centres, BD Managers, and Partners—ensuring clarity, adoption, and measurable improvements in user experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep functional expertise in Sitecore, ideally within professional services or B2B enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to align platform capabilities with business strategy, translating user feedback and business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management at all levels—including direct interaction with senior leadership and fee earners.
• A confident communicator who can sit with Partners, understand their challenges, and clearly articulate how Sitecore can enhance their experience.
