Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Transaction Control team to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Develop and enforce policies to maintain transaction integrity.
- Oversee discrepancy resolution, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships through regular reviews.
- Drive process improvement projects, leveraging tools like VBA, Excel, Power Apps, and Business Objects to automate workflows.
- Support and mentor team members to foster development and performance.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
- Ability to work in a busy team, working with multiple project deadlines.
