Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transaction Control team to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Develop and enforce policies to maintain transaction integrity.
  • Oversee discrepancy resolution, collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships through regular reviews.
  • Drive process improvement projects, leveraging tools like VBA, Excel, Power Apps, and Business Objects to automate workflows.
  • Support and mentor team members to foster development and performance.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
  • Ability to work in a busy team, working with multiple project deadlines.
  • First-rate knowledge of reconciliation processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve complex discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to influence and motivate individuals and teams and used to operating up and down a multi-tiered management structure.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power Applications is preferred.
