The Role: A leading international financial institution is expanding its Change team and needs an experienced Business Analyst to support key regulatory and digital transformation projects. This role is to boost capacity for major enterprise initiatives — not to troubleshoot problems — offering hands-on involvement in large-scale finance change.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting Axiom rollout and regulatory change projects
- Hands-on UAT testing and daily analysis
- Working in Agile/Scrum squads
- Partnering with Legal Entity Controllers and BAU teams
- Covering a broad range of regulatory reports (COREP, FINREP, BOE)
What We’re Looking For:
- Regulatory reporting or change experience
- Exposure to Axiom (or similar platforms)
- Strong analysis and UAT support skills
