We’re looking for an Operations Strategy Associate to sit at the intersection of Claims, Operations, Product and Data, helping turn a rapidly scaling operation into a more efficient, measurable and scalable business. This is a highly visiable ownership role for someone who can turn ambiguity into process, use data to drive decisions, challenge senior stakeholders and influence how products are built and adopted. What you'll do Turn complex or inefficient processes into clear, scalable ways of working across claims operations and automations Use operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure performance and drive better decisions. Work closely with Product to translate real operational challenges into effective product decisions and improvements.
