Key Responsibilities
- O2C Process Ownership: Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, from order entry and validation to invoicing and collections.
- Order Management & Billing: Process and track orders, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing through NetSuite (current order tracking in Excel, with a future transition to HubSpot CRM).
- Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure proper tracking of contract modifications to align with accounting standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Professional Services (PS) to validate billable services and streamline invoicing.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Handle payment terms negotiations, invoice dispute resolution, and proactive collections follow-ups.
- Process Improvement & System Transition: Support the migration from manual order tracking to a structured CRM system, driving efficiency and automation.
Key Requirements
- Strong O2C Expertise: Proven experience in billing, invoicing, AR management, and revenue recognition within a global B2B SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Technical Skills: ERP: Billing in NetSuite (essential). CRM/Order Management: Currently Excel-based, with a planned transition to HubSpot. Excel proficiency for AR tracking, reporting, and order reconciliation.
- Professional Services Alignment: Experience working with PS teams to track billable hours and ensure accurate invoicing.
